Choose to lead—leadership skills for all aspects of your life.  Leadership skills do not come naturally to the majority of us. It is a skill that you have to educate yourself on and then cultivate the skill.  Everybody has the potential to be a leader.  There are several misconceptions about leadership. It does not mean you have to lead an army into battle, but being strategic is a worthwhile skill.
